Book Me For Your Next Meeting or Class!
I’m currently accepting reservations for speaking engagements in the following categories:
**Ghost Towns of Kansas. Approximate length: 45 mins to 1 hour. Kansas has had 6,000 ghost towns in the history of the state. Many of these towns were true boom towns in every sense of the word, with populations of several thousand. Some were steamboat towns, trail towns, county seat contenders, and even mining towns. I will discuss how these communities went from boom towns to dust. Also, what does the future hold for the state? Can Kansas create more ghost towns? Includes video, power point, and other visual aids.
